ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What is the Fuega Lab workshop about?
It is a sneaker customization workshop where you can paint, dye, draw, accessorize, and design your sneakers using premium materials and accessories. Throughout the process, our expert artists will guide you to create a unique and wearable design.
Where is the studio located?
We are located in the heart of Condesa at Calle Agustín Melgar 41A, Mexico City.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
The workshop takes place indoors, in a space designed to inspire creativity.
How long does the experience last?
The workshop lasts 3 hours. We have fixed schedules, which you can check on our website.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 15 minutes before the workshop starts. We allow a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than an hour late, we recommend rescheduling so you have enough time to complete the experience.
What does my ticket include?
  • BYO (Bring Your Own): Includes materials and accessories to customize your sneakers, as well as snacks and beverages during the workshop.
  • Low Top Ticket: Includes everything above, plus a pair of synthetic leather sneakers from the Kazoo brand in your size.
  • Art Toy Ticket: Instead of sneakers, you will paint a bear-shaped Art Toy with the same included materials.
How do you know my sneaker size?
After purchasing your ticket, our team will contact you to confirm your size and ensure everything is ready for your workshop.
Can I buy sneakers at the studio?
We have a small stock of sizes available. If you need to purchase a pair at the studio, please contact us in advance to check availability, as we cannot guarantee last-minute sizes. Ideally, notify us at least 7 days before your workshop.

RESERVATIONS & EVENTS

How can I book a workshop?
You can book through our website or via WhatsApp transfer.
Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?
We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule your workshop within the same month of your original booking.
What’s the difference between a public and private event?
  • Public event: Has fixed dates and times, with a maximum of 18 participants.
  • Private event: You can choose the date, time, and location, as well as customize details such as venue setup, food, beverages, and snacks.
Why are private events priced differently?
Private events offer a fully personalized and exclusive experience. You get to choose the date, time, and location, as well as customize additional details like drinks, snacks, and special activities. Additionally, the space is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a tailored experience.
How can I get a quote for a private or off-site event?
Fill out our private events form, and our private events expert will create a WhatsApp group to send you a customized quote and assist you with all the details.
Can we get extra time at the studio for another activity?
Yes! Extra time is available only for private events and comes at an additional cost, either per extra hour or space rental. Contact us to check availability and pricing.
Can I rent Fuega Lab for an event?
Yes, but we need to check availability first. A rental fee applies.

ACCESSIBILITY & POLICIES

Is the experience accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, our space is fully accessible for people with mobility issues.
Is it accessible for people with hearing impairments?
Unfortunately, the workshop requires detailed instructions for materials, making it challenging without auditory communication.
Is it accessible for people with visual impairments?
Yes, access through the main entrance is fully adapted.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
Wearing a face mask is optional and a personal choice.

RULES & COMPANIONS

Can I bring a companion?
Yes, but due to limited space, companions who are not parents or guardians must pay a $500 MXN fee. We do not allow people without a ticket.
What is the minimum age to participate?
There is no age limit for creativity! However, children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 10 years old must be supervised at all times.
Is Fuega Lab pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets, but they must be supervised at all times. We also allow service dogs.

MATERIALS & TECHNIQUES

What type of shoes should I bring for customization?
We recommend sneakers made of leather or synthetic leather, as they work best with our customization techniques.
Do I need drawing skills to participate?
Not at all! Our expert artists will guide you to create an amazing design, regardless of your skill level.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

Does the studio have air conditioning?
Yes.
Are there strobe lights?
No.
Are there chairs available?
We have stools and bench seating.
Are there restrooms in the studio?
Yes.
Are food and drinks available at the venue?
Yes, the workshop includes snacks (chips and peanuts) and drinks (water, soft drinks, and bubble tea).
